    They are looking at 3D printing the miniatures in a resin mix they've come up with. It has advantages and disadvantages to manufacturing in in pvc. The resin mix seems to be robust holds detail well, each miniature is essentially a master. It means they aren't in a queue with a manufacturer so they have more control over timescales and quality. But it may be more expensive to produce, so what impact would that have on the future of the game

    I think they were looking at it in the first place to have miniatures ready for those going on the beta weekend and have stumbled into something they may be able to do for retail.

    I can see the benefits of printing them in-house as it will allow them to only have a small stock as they could, in theory, print a new one to complete the order. This would also allow the creation of special sculpts or scenario type characters that may not be financially viable to do any other way. Interesting to see what the sample figure is like
